Drier’s Summer Sausage ‘n’ Egg Wedges

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded longhorn cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 c. diced *Drier’s* summer sausage
- 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese with chives
Double Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 pkg. (5 oz.) scalloped potato mix
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded N.Y.cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. cooked crumbled *Drier’s* bacon
- 1 1/2 c. French fried onions, divided
- garnish: chopped parsley (optional)
Hearty Sausage Stew

Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat; add carrots, onion, celery, garlic, fennel salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 1 onion, cut into quarters
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fennel
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 12 small new potatoes
- 1 lb. mushrooms, cut into halves
- 2 cans (12 oz. each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 lb. *Drier's* smoked Polish or summer sausage sliced
Taco Soup

Crumble and cook sausage in olive oil in Dutch oven until no longer pink but not yet browned
- 1 lb. bob Evans original recipe or zesty hot roll sausage
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 small Spanish onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 c. peeled, seeded and diced fresh or canned tomatoes
- 1 c. vegetable juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 tortilla chips, broken into pieces

- 1 . C. cottage cheese
- 2 T. unsalted butter plus more as needed
- 3 scallions, white and green parts chopped
- 1 T. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 t. sweet paprika
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper
