1 In small bowl, mix mayonnaise and dressing
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 1 T. ranch dressing
- 8 slices soft Italian bread (1/2 inch thick)
- 1/2 lb. thin sliced *Drier's* turkey breast
- 4 slices *Drier's* bacon cooked, halved
- 4 slices tomato, halved
- 2 slices N.Y. Cheddar cheese halved
- 2 T. butter softened

- 8 slices bakery-style Italian bread
- 3 tbsp. Caesar ranch or creamy Dijon gourmet light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 8 slices *Drier's* hard salami (about 1/4 lb.)
- 1 small tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
- 4 slices (3/4 oz. each) mozzarella cheese
