Preheat oven 400 degrees. Combine first 10 ingredients, ½ cup Parmesan and 1 tsp pepper

- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 slice soft bead, torn
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp kosher salt
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
Key Lime Pie

Key lime pie is everyone's favorite
- 1 (10-inch) pie crust
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 8 ounces of lime juice
- Whipped cream
Chicken, Potato & Bean Bake

Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter
- 4-6 raw chicken breasts
- new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too)
- 1 packet of Italian dressing mix

Garlic Braised Beef & Potatoes

Place potatoes and garlic in slow cooker, place beef on potatoes
- 8 small red potatoes
- 8 cloves garlic
- 3 lb. beef roast
- 1 can beefy mushroom soup
- 1 envelope garlic & herd dry soup mix
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
Hearty Beef Stew

Brown meat and drain off fat
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 12 oz small red potatoes (quartered)
- 4 medium carrots (1/2 in)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Kansas Baked Beans

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1/2 pound bacon, diced
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans

- 1 pkg. Knorr’s veggie soup mix

- 1 - 8 oz Mayo
- 1 - 3 oz can waterchestnuts

- 1-tsp. Vanilla

- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
