Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 - 4 lb beef roast
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) beef broth
  • 1 (16oz.) jar Giardiniera (drained)
  • 1 (16oz) jar peppercini (drained
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place roast in slow cooker.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top of roast.
Cook on low for 12 – 18 hours.
Shred beef.
Serve on hard rolls with mozzarella cheese.
