- 1 cup Whole Cashews
- 1/2 cup Almond slivers

Pimento Macaroni Salad

A twist on the all American favorite macaroni salad, adding cheese and pimentos
- 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pound macaroni noodles, cooked, rinsed, and drained
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) jar pimento cheese, drained and minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt, to taste
Cranberry Mimosa

Using a pitcher, mix orange, pineapple and cranberry juice
- 1 1/4 cups orange juice
- 1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1 (25.4-ounce) bottle sparkling white wine, chilled
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
Turkey & Pepper Panini

Heat panini press to HIGH
- 1 8×12 inch slab herbed foccacia, edges trimmed
- 5-6 tablespoons fresh pesto
- 8 slices roasted turkey breast
- 1 8oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 4 oz. pepperjack cheese (about 3-4 slices)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt & fresh ground pepper
Copycat Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade Recipe

Boil water. Remove from heat add tea bags, sugar and vanilla
- 2 Tazo Passion Tea Bags
- 16 oz Water
- 4 oz Lemonade
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla
Salted Chocolate & Caramel Tarts

For these tarts I took the time to temper the chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups (225g or 8oz) plain flour
- 1/4 cup (50g or 1 3/4oz) caster sugar
- 125 g (4 1/2oz) cold butter, chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- 1-2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 x 395g (14oz) can condensed milk
- 30 g (1oz) butter
- 1/4 cup (60ml or 2fl oz) golden syrup
- 200 g (7oz) dark cooking chocolate
- sea salt flakes for sprinkling
Slow-Cooker Carrot & Beef Stew

Coat the beef in the flour
- 4 pounds bottom round, well trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup olive oil (plus more if needed)
- 2 large onions, diced (2 cups)
- 1 6-ounce can tomato paste
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1 pound potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 4 cups)
- 1/2 pound baby carrots (about 2 cups)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
Easy Broccoli Quiche

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Blueberry Broccoli Spinach Salad

Ranch dressing always tastes it’s absolute best made ahead of time
- 4 oz fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 a ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2-4 TBSP dried cranberries
- 2-4 TBSP roasted sunflower seeds (I used unsalted)
- black pepper, to taste (optional)
- 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/4 cup of buttermilk (extra if desired)
- 1/4 cup good quality mayonnaise (homemade or store bought)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8-1/4 tsp garlic powder, to taste
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
BLT Chopped Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until well emulsified
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard (I like Emeril's)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp each salt and freshly ground black pepper, then more to taste as desired
- 1 large head Romaine lettuce
- 12 - 16 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 medium avocados, diced
- 6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 12 oz cherry or grape tomatoes, each sliced into 3 segments
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced into strips (optional)
