- 1 nine-inch double piecrust
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
Turkey & Pepper Panini

Heat panini press to HIGH
- 1 8×12 inch slab herbed foccacia, edges trimmed
- 5-6 tablespoons fresh pesto
- 8 slices roasted turkey breast
- 1 8oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 4 oz. pepperjack cheese (about 3-4 slices)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt & fresh ground pepper
Frosted Banana Bars

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Dash salt
Oriental Salad

In a plastic bag, crunch noodles
- Dressing:
- 2 packages of Maruchan Oriental Ramen Noodles
- 3 Tbs of Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 bunch of green onions, tops and all sliced very thin
- 1 pound package of cole slaw mix
- 1 packet seasoning mix in the Ramen Noodles
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet Romen seasoning mix in the Ramen Noodles
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce

- 1 cup finely chopped onion (about 1 medium)
- 1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper (about 1 large)
- 1 can green chilis
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (use 85% lean, not the super-lean)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup pimento-filled green olives, sliced
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- several dashes of hot sauce, to taste
- 3 large eggs, separated
- PASTRY:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, at room temperature (don’t use low fat)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 c can milk (regular milk is fine)
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 3 c powdered sugar
