- 7 ounces roasted red pepper

Raw Apple Cake

- 4 cups apple -- diced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 1 cup oil
- 2 eggs -- well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups flour
Frosting for Banana Cake

Cook vanillla pudding with milk until very thick
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup butter -- softened
- 1 package vanilla pudding -- 6 oz, not instant
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Teriyaki Sauce

Mix all except cornstarch and 1/4 cup water in small saucepan
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup sherry or vermouth
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Braised Short Ribs with Egg Noodles

1. Sprinkle beef with 1/4 salt and pepper
- 4 Short Ribs
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 1/4 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 3/4 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chiopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
Cheezy bread with Zucchini

Unroll pizza dough. Spread with 1/2 of the Rondele
- 1 Can Pizza Dough
- 6 oz Garlic and Herb Rondele (or other brand spreadable cheese)
- 1 small zucchini, sliced thinsmall
- Red onion, chopped or slivered
- Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Parsley, minced
Twice a Year Pork Chops

1. Heat 3 tablespoons bacon grease in a large skillet over medium heat
- 4 pork chops -- boneless or bone-in, 3/4 inch thick
- bacon grease
- 2 yellow onions
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
Rosemary-scented Tuna Pate

Arrange the rosemary in an even layer in a nonstick fry pan, add the oil, and heat over medium until fragrant
- 6 sprigs rosemary
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 8 ounces tuna -- very fresh
- 6 ounces unsalted butter -- at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Sausage & Onion Stuffed Peppers

- 3 large and round bell peppers
- 1/2 lb ground Italian sausage
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 small green bell pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice (long grain white rice)
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 1/2 tsp thyme
