6 oz Garlic and Herb Rondele (or other brand spreadable cheese)
1 small zucchini, sliced thinsmall
Red onion, chopped or slivered
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Unroll pizza dough. Spread with 1/2 of the Rondele. Fold in half. Spread on the rest of the rondele, zuchini and onion.
Sprinkle on Parmesan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and parsley. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
