White Bean Soup with Peppers and Bacon

Grapefruit Avocado Salad

Peel, separate and remove membrane from grapefruit
- 2 grapefruit -- sectioned and peeled
- 3 avocado -- sliced

- 2 teaspoons dry mustard

- 2 1/2 tablespoons onion -- grated

Chocolate Glazed Chocolate Tart

- 1 3/4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon light corn syrup

- Equipment:a 9-inch round fluted tart pan (1 inch deep)
