Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 4 cups apple -- diced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 1 cup oil
- 2 eggs -- well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first six ingredients. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet
mixture. Pour into greased, floured bundt pan and cook at 350 degrees for
about 45 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or caramel sauce (1 cup caramel ice cream
topping and 1/2 cup sour cream).
