Heat oven to 375°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 4 tablespoons cranberry chutney (from 9.4-oz jar) or whole berry cranberry sauce (from 16-oz can)
- 4 slices (about 5 oz) thinly sliced turkey breast
- 2/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Chicken with Ginger Citrus Sauce & Wasabi Ranch Dressing

- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 4 to 8 cups vegetable oil (as required by fryer)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- WASABI-RANCH DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup Hidden Valley Ranch bottled salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp buttermilk (or whole milk)
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp powdered wasabi
- 1 drop green food coloring

- 1 1 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Sliced Thin
- 1 1 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced Thin
- 1 1 1 whole Orange Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- 1 1 1 bag Bean Sprouts (also Called Mung Bean Sprouts)
- To 1 To To 1 Bunch, To Taste
- 3 3 3 whole Scallions, Sliced
- 3 3 3 whole Cucumbers Peeled And Sliced

- 1 1 10 can (about 10 Oz.) Whole Cashews, Lightly Toasted In Skillet (or peanuts)

- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c red wine vinegar (this was added in a later version of this recipe)
- 2 2 To 3 (up To 3 Tablespoons) Sesame Oil
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 3 3 Tablespoons Fresh Ginger Chopped
- 2 2 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 2 2 whole Hot Peppers Or Jalapenos, Chopped
- Chopped Cilantro
