Fruit Dip

Mix all ingredients together
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- pinch of cinnamon
- lemon juice to taste
- few drops of vanilla
Barbeque Green Beans

Brown bacon and onions. Add ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1/2 c Ketchup
- 1/4 c brown sugar 1 T. Worchester sauce
- 16 oz. French style green beans, drained
Blueberry Cake

- 2 c flour
- 1-1/2 c sugar (minus 4 T sugar)
- 2/3 c margarine
- 2 tsp baking powder (minus 1/2 tsp)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 c milk
- 1-1/2 c blueberries
Clementine Cake

Directions Put the clementines in a pot with cold water to cover, bring to the boil, and cook for 2 hours
- 4 to 5 clementines (about 1 pound total weight)
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 1/3 cups ground almonds
- 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
Lettuce Bacon Bowl

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florettes

- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons aged sherry vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon clover honey
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 to 1/2 half small habanero chile, diced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds yucca, washed, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch dice

Cranberry Glazed Pork Roast

- 1/4 c (or more) lemon juice

- 6-8 lb beef brisket, fat removed
- Worcestershire sauce
- seasoning salt
- black pepper
- cayenne pepper
- SAUCE
- juices from meat
- 14 oz bottle catsup
- 14 oz bottle barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c brown sugar
Roasted Sausages and Grapes

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees
- 1 1/2 pounds Italian hot sausage
- 1 1/2 pounds Italian sweet sausage
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 to 6 cups (2 pounds) red or green seedless grapes, stems removed
- 2 to 4 tablespoons dry red wine, preferably Chianti
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Fresh Foccaccia or Ciabatta bread, to serve
