Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 4 c chopped Vidalia Onion
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 2 c white corn
  • 2 c sour cream
  • dash Tabasco
  • 2 c grated cheese for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Jiffy cornbread mix as directed on box. Spread in a 9x13 greased baking dish.
Pat chopped onion on top mix.
Mix corn, mayonnaise, sour cream and Tabasco together and spread over onion.
Bake at 350 F for 40 min.
Spread grated cheese on top during the last 10 min.
