Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

Crush 2 cup pretzels real fine
- 2 c. pretzels
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. oleo
- 1 c. cool whip
- 1 8 oz. phil cream cheese
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 pkg. strawberry or rasp jells
- 2 c. sliced strawberries or raspberries
Cheese Danish

Have cream cheese at room temperature
- Topping:
- 2 tubes of crescent rolls
- 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese- softened
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Mission Fest Chicken Casserole

Mix bread cubes, butter, water, onion, celery and cheese
- 8 oz dry bread cubes or dressing mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
- 1 chicken, stewed, boned, and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 soup can milk
Crab and Artichoke Dip

Mix cream cheese, mayo and garlic
- 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. real mayo
- 1 garlic clove pressed
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) imitation crab, chopped (about 1 1/2 c.)
- 3/4 c. grated fresh parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions with tops
- 1 lemon
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped read bell pepper
- additional sliced green onion
French Dressing

Mix all together and chill
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 tsp worestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 small grated onion
- juice of half lemon
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Country Apple Coffee Cake

Generously grease 8 inch square pan with 1 Tbsp butter
- Glaze:
- 2 tbsp. butter softened
- 1 1/2 c. chopped, peeled apples
- 10 oz. can refrigerator flaky biscuits
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. light corn syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. pecan halves or pieces
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1-2 tsp. milk
Cheddar Beef Pie

Combine, meat, egg, onion, cornflakes crumbs, barbican sauce and seasonings mix lightly
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. barbican sauce
- dash and pepper
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. corn flake crumble
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. celery slices
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Linda's Pot Roast

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (3 to 4-pound) boneless beef roast
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 yellow onions, peeled and quartered
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

- 2 tbsp. tapioca

- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. butter- cold
- 19 inch unbaked pie shell
