Raisin Cookies

Make balls roll in sugar and flatten with fork dipped in 350 degrees 8-10 minutes
- 1 c. oleo
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. cream tarter
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
Parmesan Cheese And Rosemary Bread Sticks

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic-minced
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 (11 oz.) container refrigerated breadstick dough (recommended Pillsbury)
- Finely ground sea salt optional

Dennis Lee's Oven Dried Jerky

Trim and discard all fat from meat
- 1 1/2 - 2 lb. lean boneless meat, partly frozen
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. hickory smoke flavored salt
Dried Beef Dip

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. green pepper, minced

-Use enough water to cook with the raisins so you have 1 cup of raisin water
- Frosting:
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar

Hot Sausage Ragu

In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 pound hot Italian sausage (or 1/4 pound hot sausage and 1/4 pound sweet sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onions
- 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (15-ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped, juices reserved
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Lisa's "Wrecktum Wreck" Chili

Brown together hamburger, sausage, onion and peppers
- 3 lbs hamburger
- 2 lbs Graziano's italian sausage
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 large cans whole tomatoes or Grandpa's canned tomatoes. Only drain one can/jar.
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes- do NOT drain
- 1 bottle Leinenkugles Red beer
- 1 pkg Chiliman's Seasoning
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cans Mrs. Grimes HOT Chili beans
- 2 cans Mrs. Grimes MILD Chili beans
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 1 pint salsa
- pinch sugar
Beef Jerky

Marinate meat for 1 to 1 1/2 hr
- 4 lbs. beef or deer meat
- 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 pkg. Adolph meat marinade
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. Lawry salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. quick cure salt
Triple Cheese Strata

Place bread cubes in a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch greased baking dish
- Sauce for topping:
- French bread, cubed (about 1/2 of a 1 lb. loaf)
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 c. Monterrey jack cheese, shredded
- 2 c. ham, diced
- 3 green onions, sliced
