Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mix altogether and bake 12 minutes 375 degrees
- 2/3 c. Crisco
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. nuts pecans
- 2 c. choc chips
Cajun Jambalaya

In a bowl combine shrimp, chicken and Creole seasoning, and work in seasoning well
- 12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 oz. cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tbsp. Creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 3/4 c. rice
- 3 c. chicken stock
- 5 oz. Andouille sausage, sliced
- salt and pepper
Norene's Peanut Butter Cookies

Mix all ingredients. Form dough into small balls and roll in granulated sugar
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup veg oil
- 2 T. water
- 2 eggs
Strawberry Slush

Mix together freeze. Mix part slush and part 7 up
- 1 1/2 qt. cranberry juice
- 2 can limeade (each 12 oz.)
- 2 can lemonade (each 12 oz.)
- 2 c. vodka
- 2 c. water
Pickled Herring Style Corp

After clearing the fish and cutting most of the red strip out of the sides cut up in pieces
- Fish
- Salt
- Cider vinegar
- Pickling spices
- Sliced Onions
- Sugar
- Distilled white vinegar
Gourmet Artichoke Enchiladas

Preheat coven to 350 degrees
- 2 jars of Harry and David Artichoke Salsa
- 4 baked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 10 corn tortillas
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 16 oz container sour cream
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 2 cups grated Monterrey Jack cheese
Chick Sour

Wrap in aluminum foil and bake 10 minutes 450 degrees
- 1 can chick (large) or 2 small can (2 c. diced chick)
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 4 tbsp. green pepper
- (likely onion) if desired
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. diced cheese
Linguine With Garlic Shrimp And Basil

Cook pasta in pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite; drain
- 12 oz. linguine
- 6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter
- 1 1/2 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
- 2 8 oz. bottles clam juice
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
Artichoke Dip In Bread Bowl

- 2 c. mayo
- 2 c. parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/16 th c. white wine
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 2 cans artichokes- Brookview drained and chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 clove garlic-minced

- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 c. sliced strawberries
- 1 pkg. strawberry jells

- 1/2 lb. large marshmallows
- 1/2 c. mild
- 1 c. cream whipped
