Grandma Rode's Rhubarb Jam

Cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat
- 7 c. rhubarb (cut up)
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 can blueberry pie mix
- 2- 3 oz. raspberry jello
Brownie Tart

Grease and flour a 9-inch tart pan with removable sides
- 6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) unsalted butter
- 3 1/4 c. (20 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 extra-large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 c. (4 oz.) chopped walnuts
- 2 to 3 tbsp. heavy cream
Gin Buckets

Add gin, 7 up and lemonade frozen concentrate to cooler
- 1 Texas Fifth of Gin (the extra large bottle)
- 4 Two liter bottles of Diet 7 up (or regular if you prefer)
- 9-10 lemons
- 1 large lemonade frozen concentrate
- Ice
- One 5 gallon cooler
Fruit Salad

Mix cocktail, oranges and pineapple in a bowl
- 1 can fruit cocktail drained
- 1 can mandarin oranges drained
- 15 oz. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
- 2 c. min. marshmallows
- 2 c. cool whip
Gorilla Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 (12-oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits (10 count)
- 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Pizza Sauce and Pizza Assembly

Drain tomatoes and crush with hands
- 1- 28 oz. can plum tomatoes
- 1- 14 oz. can plum tomatoes
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan

Chocolate Turtle Martini

First, sweeten the cocoa powder to your liking by mixing the cocoa and powdered sugar

- caramel sauce, in a squeeze bottle with a very small tip

- 2 oz. vanilla vodka (recommended: Stoli Vanilla)
- 2 oz. white Crème De cacao
- 2 oz. Praline New Orleans Style Pecan Liqueur or Amaretto

- roasted pecan halves, for garnish

Fried Chicken Salad with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, combine vinaigrette ingredients, except oil
- Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
- 1 T. honey
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. red wine vinegar
- 6 slices bacon well done and crumbled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- pinch ground red pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salad
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 T. honey
- 3 T. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper, divided
- 2 cups plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
- 8 cups mixed baby lettuce
- Black olives
- Hard boiled eggs
- Monterrey Jack cheese
Aunt Mary's Macaroni Salad

- Dressing:
- 1 pkg wheel macaroni- 10 oz pkg
- 1 pkg Rotelli macaroni-12 oz pkg
- 2-3 stalks celery- diced
- 1 large green pepper-diced
- 1 medium onion-diced
- 3 cups cheddar cheese
- 4 T apple cider vinegar
- 12 T sugar
- 4 cups miracle whip
