Ham Breakfast Casserole

Combine eggs, white pepper, dry mustard and milk
- 8 eggs beaten
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
- 3 c. milk
- 8 oz. herb seasoned croutons
- 12 oz. grated cheese (Colby, jack and cheddar)
- lean cube ham
Fried Chicken

Put the chicken pieces into a large bowl
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut up into 10 pieces
- kosher salt
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. onion powder
- 2 tbsp. sweet paprika
- 2 tsp. cayenne
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 2 tbsp. hot chili sauce
- peanut oil, for frying
- 1/4 bunch fresh thyme
- 3 big sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/4 bunch fresh sage
- 1/2 head garlic, smashed, husk still attached
- lemon wedges, for serving
Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

Mix all ingredients together and spread into a 9 inch pan
- Streusel:
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cold margarine
Chocolate Fudge

Butter an 8-inch square baking pan; line with parchment paper, allowing a 1-inch overhang on two sides
- 1 tbsp. cold unsalted butter, plus more for pan
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 oz. best-quality unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Bean and Corn Dip

Mix all together, chill and serve
- 2 cans Black Beans-drained
- 1 can white corn- drained
- 1 can yellow corn- drained
- 1 bunch sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup zesty italian dressing
- 1 cup salsa
- 10 drops tobasco
Bunsteads

Combine ingredients, fill buns, wrap each one in aluminum foil
- 1/4 lb. am, cheese (1 c., cubed)
- 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 7 oz. can tuna, flaked
- 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper (optional)
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped stuffed olives (optional)
- 2 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 8 hamburger buns
Blueberry Streusel Bars with Lemon-Cream Filling

Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 8 oz. (1 c.) unsalted butter, softened; more for the pan
- 13 1/2 oz. (3 c.) all-purpose
- 1 1/2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats (not quick oats)
- 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. table salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 large egg, separated
- 14 -oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 2 1/2 c. room-temperature blueberries (about 13 oz.), washed and drained on paper towels
Vodka Slush

Mix all well except 7-up and freeze - When ready to serve, spoon slush into glass 1/2 full and then add 7-up
- 1 small can orange juice concentrate - frozen
- 1 small can lemonade concentrate- frozen
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. strong tea (1 bag-1 c.)
- 1 c. vodka
- 4 c. water
- 7 -up
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake

Prepare crust and set aside
- 5 whole large strawberries, trimmed
- 20 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- pinch salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Classic Waldorf Salad

Combine apples, celery and nuts in a medium bowl
- 3 red delicious apples, diced
- 1 c. (1 inch julienne-cut) celery
- 1/2 c. broken walnuts
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of salt
- 1 c. Cool Whip
