Cream Puff Dessert

Boil oleo in 1 cup water. Add flour and boil hard till it forms a ball (with a spoon)
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 6 oz. instant vanilla pudding
- 8 oz. cool whip
- Hershey syrup
Nut Toodie Bars

Melt choc and butter scotch chips with peanut butter
- 1 - 6 oz. choc chips
- 1 - 6 oz. butter scotch chips
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. peanuts
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 c. pd. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 tbsp. vanilla pudding mix (regular not instant)
- 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
Hawaiian Dessert

Mix cake and bake according to box directions; cool
- 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can crashed pineapple, drained
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and egg
- 1 -(18 –z.) devils food cake with pudding
- 1 (5.1) pkg. choc instant pudding mix
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 4 large eggs
- 3 c. semi-sweet choc chips, divided
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- pecans for garnish

Mixture flour and then sift flour
- Frosting:
- 1 1/2 c. egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 1/8 c. Swans Downs cake flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 cup Crisco
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 Tbsp. Almond extract
- 3/4 bag powdered sugar

In a small bowl, cut margarine into flour and sugar until crumbly
- Crust:
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. flour (self rising not recommended)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Filling:
- 1 c. Graham Cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- Frosting:
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Blend marinade ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- Fajitas:
- 1 lb. round stack cut into 2 inch X 1/3 inch X 1/2 inch slices
- 8 flour tortillas, warmed in microwave or oven
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion 1/4 slices
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges
Taco Dip

- 2 cans Frito Lay Bean Dip
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 3 mashed avocados
- 1 tsp. dry onions
- dash pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- green onions, chopped
- chopped tomatoes
- black olives
- grated cheddar cheese
Cherry Crème Cheese Pie

Mix together and put in bottom of pan
- Crust:
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter softened
- 1/2 c. pecans
- Filling:
- 1-8 oz. crème cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- Topping:
- 1 c. whipping crème (whipped and sweetened)
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 can cherry pie mix
