Brown hamburger, onion and Xxx Mix together hamburger onion, taco seasoning and refries beans
- 1 lb. hamburger (browned)
- 1/4 c. green onion
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 (12 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
- grated cheddar cheese
- bl. Olives
- 1 can peels bury crescent rolls (8 oz.)
Strawberry Nut Bread

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon till fluffy
- 1 c. butter or oleo
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cream tartar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. strawberry jam
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. broken walnuts

- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar

- 3 c. rhubarb
- 3 egg whites
Straw Mushroom Nudley

Combine garlic, soy sauce, sherry and sugar, blend well
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. sugar

- 7 oz. jar mushrooms

- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 4 egg yolks beaten
- 1 tbsp. sugar

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Put artichokes, spinach and garlic in food processor and blend until pasty
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 3 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts drained, rinsed and chopped
- 10 oz pkg. chopped spinach- thaw and drain well
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 oz. Monterey jack cheese shredded

- 6 eggs
- 2 lbs. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
Lisa's Lasagna

For the Bechamel Sauce: Melt butter until bubbly but not brown
- Bechamel Sauce:
- 1 9oz package no boil Barilla lasagna sheets
- 1 30 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 4 cups mozzarella
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 6 T butter
- 5 T flour
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 cups whole milk-heated in the microwave for 5 minutes
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 10 ounce bag fresh spinach stems removed, coarsely chopped
- Sausage:
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 green and red pepper chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
Chocolate Sauce
