Rigatoni Pasta Salad

Prepare pasta according to package directions
- Dressing Option 1:
- 1 pkg Rigatoni or Penne Pasta
- 1 diced cucumber
- 2 diced tomato
- 1 diced medium onion
- sliced black and green olives
- diced cheese
- diced salami
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp accent
- 2 T prepared mustard
- Dressing Option 2:
- 3/4 bottle Robust Wishbone Italian Dressing
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 tsp or more Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste

Blackberry Rhubarb Jam

Heat black raspberries and water until it boils gently and black raspberries are tender
