Orange Jello Salad

Stir boiling water into gelatin, in a large bowl, until completely dissolved
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. orange jello
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained and diced
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Egg/Bacon Puff

Fry bacon and mushrooms together
- 8 oz. seasoned croutons
- 8 oz. grated colby-jack cheese
- 1 1/2 # bacon
- 1 pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms or 1 large can mushrooms
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. milk
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Pumpkin Cheese Cake Bars

Preheat oven 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl on low speed
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered cake mix
- 3 egg
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese softened
- 1 (4 oz.) case eagles brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Almond Butter Crunch

Melt butter in heavy saucepan
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- finely chopped almonds
German Choc Upside Down Cake

Preheat oven 375 degrees grease 9X13 pan
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. German choc cake
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Mix all together. Drop from teaspoon
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups oatmeal (old fashioned is best)
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup raisins(plumped in boiling water)
- 6 T. raisin juice or milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp nutmeg
Roasted Butternut Squash Salad with Warm Cider Vinaigrette

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 (1 1/2-pound) butternut squash, peeled and 3/4-inch) diced
- Good olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup apple cider or apple juice
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 ounces baby arugula, washed and spun dry
- 1/2 cup walnuts halves, toasted
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
Boursin Scalloped Potatoes

- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 10 oz. boursin cheese
- 3 lbs. medium red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Caramel And Choc Chip Cheese Cake

Press on bottom and up 1 inch on side of pan
- Crust:
- 1/2 c. semi sweet choc chips
- 1/3 c. oleo
- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- Filling:
- 2-8 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. semi sweet choc chips
- 1-12 semi sweet choc chips
- 1-12 oz. caramel ice cream topping (divided in half)
