Blender Key Lime Pie

In a blender combine boiling water, dry gelatin and lime juice
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 4 serving pkg. jello sugar free lime jello
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1 4 serving pkg. jello sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
- sugar substitute to equal 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 6 oz. Graham Cracker pie crust
- 1/2 c. fat free whipped topping
- thin lime slices
Monte Cubano Sandwich

Spread mustard on one side of sandwich
- 2 slices Ciabatta bread
- 1-2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices turkey
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/2 T mayo
- 1 egg
- 2 T whole milk
- 1 T butter
- salt/pepper
Pie Banana Spilt Pie

Blend ole, sugar, vanilla and egg beat 20 minutes scraping bowl after
- 1 stick ole
- 1 c. pd. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pine apple drained well
- 2 bananas sliced
- 1 c. fresh whole strawberries
- 1 4 c. chopped peanuts
- 1/2 c. whipping cream whipped
- Hershey bar to grate
- maraschino cherries
- 9 baked pie shell
Saucy Manicotti

Cook ground chuck, hot pork sausage and large onion over medium heat
- 3/4 lb ground chuck
- 3/4 pound ground hot pork sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 8 oz pkg manicotti shells
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 8 oz container cream cheese with garlic and herb
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 16 oz carton ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Lasagna Rolls

To make the sauce: Melt the butter in a heavy medium saucepan over medium-low heat
- Bechamel Sauce:
- 2 T butter
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- pinch nutmeg
- 2 T Romano cheese
- Lasagna:
- 1 15 oz. container whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1-2 cloves garlic-minced
- 1 10oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1 cup plus 2 T grated Parmesan
- 3/4 lb Italian sausage-cooked and drained
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 T olive oil
- 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Watergate Cake or Pistachio Cake

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, 7 up, and pudding mix and beat as directed on cake package
- Frosting:
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 c. 7 up-room temperature
- 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 pkgs. whipped topping mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
Butter Pecan Turtle Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Crust:
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- Caramel layer:
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. milk choc chips
- 1 c. whole pecan halves (not chopped)
Cauliflowers And Broccoli Casserole

Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. cheese cubes - Velveeta
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Pumpkin Pie

Prepare a one crust pie shell
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
- 1 can pumpkin
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 T. dark Karo syrup

- 12 yolks
