Line a 11X15 pan with wax paper
- Filling:
- 1 box white or yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 rounded tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
Lime Sherbet Freeze

Mix the crackers, sugar and the 4 tablespoon of melted oleo
- 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tbsp. oleo, melted
- 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
- 1 qt. softened lime sherbet
- 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 tbsp. oleo
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Chicken Enchiladas

Mix sour cream, soup and chilies
- 3 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. sour cream
- 4 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 (7 oz.) can green chilies
- 3 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. copped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped black olives
- 12 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- salsa and sour cream for garnish
Orange Tapioca Salad

Drain oranges and reserve the liquid
- 2 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding (not instant)
- 1 box orange jello
- 3 c. liquid
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 1 container cool whip

Line a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan with whole club crackers
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. br. sugar
- 1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 stick butter
- 2/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. choc chips
- 1/2 c. butterscotch chips

Bubble Pizza

Preheat oven to 350. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and layer on bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
- pepperoni
- diced onion
- diced green peppers
- mushrooms
BBQ Pork Loin

Split pork loin and lay open but don't pound
- Rub:
- 3 lb pork loin
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniels for marinade
- Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 Slices of bacon
- 3 T salt
- 3 T pepper
- 3 T brown sugar
- 3 T paprika
- Basting:
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniels
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Strawberry Dissert

Mix crust ingredients together
- Crust:
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick ole- softened
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- Filling:
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- 1 8 oz. cool whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- Topping:
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1-3 oz. strawberry jells
- 1/3 c. white corn syrup
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 qt. first strawberries (sliced)
Fudge

Line 8 x 8 pan with aluminum foil
- 1-7 oz. marshmallow cream
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk choc chips
- 1 c. semi sweet choc chips
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate Mint Bars

Mix first 6 ingredients in order and spread in greased jells roll pan

- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 16 oz. can chocolate syrup
- 8 tsp. soft butter
- 4 tsp. milk
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 10-15 drops green food coloring

- 12 oz. choc chips
- 8 tsp. butter
