- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups peeled and sliced carrots
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 16 oz. can cut green beans, drained
- 1 16 oz. can corn drained
- 3 stalks celery sliced
- 1 46 oz can picante v8 tomato juice
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp celery seed
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Broccoli Cheese Soup

1. large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 2 Cup Milk
- 4 oz American or Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tsp. Chicken Bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cups or 1 bag of frozen broccoli
