1. Preheat over to 425 degrees
- 1 pkg refrigerator pizza crust
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, soft
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 medium pressed garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 inch piece ginger root or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves steamed and removed
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts
- 2 cans crushed pineapple
- 1 can mandarin orange segments
- 1 small carrot
Grape Salad

Put together and put over grapes
- 2 lb. green seedless grapes
- 2 lb. red seedless grapes
- 1 pack 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz) tub sour cream
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 oz chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Peanut Butter Granola

Directions Preheat an oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C)
- 9 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons brewers' yeast (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 cup dry milk powder
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup unsalted peanut butter
Loaded Baked Potato Soup

1. cube potatoes and boil until soft
- 4-6 potatoes cubed with skin on
- 1 can chicken broth
- 6 pieces bacon crisp, crumbled
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper for taste
- 1/3 of the chunk of Velveeta
- 12 oz pkg of cheddar cheese
- 2 cups sour cream

- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper, divided
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 (4 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves.
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
