Baked Fish in Spaghetti Sauce

- 1 1/2 lb frozen tilapia fillets
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce

1. slice steak thinly. Coat skillet with spray and place over med/high heat
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 cups onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. beef flavoring
- 1/2 cup plain vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup red wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cup cooked noodles
- 1 can mushrooms
- cooking spray
Southwest Turkey Salad

1. in 1 3/4 qt. bowl, combine all dressing ingredients, refrigerate 2
- Dressing:
- 2/3 cup. mild salsa
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- Salad:
- 1 can (15 oz) Kidney Beans
- 1 Can (17 oz) Corn Kernels
- 2 cup cooked turkey, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 8 lettuce leaves shredded
- 2 cup unsalted tortilla chips

- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
- 1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
- paprika
- ranch style rice

- 2 cups crushed fresh strawberries
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 (1.75 ounce) package dry pectin
- 3/4 cup water

- 1 head lettuce torn
- 3 oz sliced almonds

- 6 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt

1. Broil pork chops on either side for 1 minute
- 4 pork loin chops, fat trimmed
- 1 box stove top stuffing
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 soup can of water
