Glazed Carrots with Rosemary

- 1 tsp. white pepper

- 1/2 cup butter, cubed

- 2 tablespoons plus two tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced rosemary
Parmesan Cornflake Chicken

In a shallow bowl, combine the first six ingredients
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 to 3 pounds fryer chicken cut up and skin removed
Smashed Potatoes with Bacon

- 2 strips thick-sliced bacon, diced
- 1 pound red-skinned potatoes, cubed

- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoons milk
Raspberry Delight

- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- FILLING
- 8 ounces cream cheese plus one 3 ounce cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- /12 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups whipped topping
- TOPPING
- 1 6 ounce raspberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 10 ounce packages sweetened frozen raspberries, thawed
- Additional whipped topping
