- 2 cups dry red wine
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 packages (10 ounces) mushrooms
- 1 bag frozen peas

- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2/3 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
