- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Loaded Cauliflower Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 minutes
- 2 lbs cauliflower florets
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 cup sliced green onion
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Peach Sangria

Pour wine and schnapps in the pitcher and add sliced peach, orange, and mango
- 1 bottle of white wine
- 1/2 cup Peach Schnapps
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 sliced peaches (frozen peach slices work well)
- 1 sliced orange
- 1/2 mango, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 liter of sparkling peach-flavored water
Pizza Sticks

- Swiss cheese cut into 4 sticks (roughly 1/2" square and 3 inches long)

- Heat:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 beef tenderloin filets (5-6 ounces each), seasoned with salt and pepper

- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 1/4 cup brandy
- Stir in:
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 2/3 cup warm water (105-115 degrees)
- 8 - 9 cups flour
- 3 beaten eggs
