- TOPPING:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1 14 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained. Reserve 1/2 cup juice.
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 ounces Cool Whip
Vegetable Beef Stew

Combine the beef broth, V8, soup seasoning mix, tomatoes, onions, and beef bites
- 32 ounces of beef broth
- 12 ounce bottle of V8
- One envelope of Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb and Garlic
- 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes
- Half a bag of pearl onions
- Small baby carrots
- Potatoes, peeled and cut into bit sized pieces
- 1 1/2 pounds beef*
- It is worth spending a little more for the beef. A good cut of roast, sirloin, or tenderloin will make for tender beef bites.
Cream Cheese and Swiss Lasagna

In a Dutch oven, cook the beef, sausage, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 9 no-cook lasagna noodles
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Bacon Cheddar Potato Cakes
