Parmesan Garlic Noodles

In a large saucepan or skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 5-6 cloves fresh garlic, minced (I used the ready minced stuff)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 8 ounces of spaghetti or angel hair pasta
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped fine
Orange Chicken

Cook chicken in crock pot on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup sweet orange marmalade
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Creamy Almond Chicken

Saute almonds in 1 tablespoon butter in a small skillet until golden brown; set aside
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Hearty Potato Soup

Cook potaoes, carrots and celery in water until tender, about 20 minutes
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 6 celery stalks, diced
- 2 quarts water
