Stir together flour, baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon green food coloring
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pistachios

- 1 white cake mix
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 ounces coconut
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 can of cream of coconut
Slow Cooker Chicken and Mushroom Stroganoff

Place the chicken in the bottom of a lightly greased slow cooker
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

- 1/4 cup chopped olives
