Baked Chicken Fajitas

Preheat over to 400 degrees
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 10 ounce can diced tomatoes (with green chilies if you like)
- 1 sweet onion, cut in half and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut in half and sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 packet fajita seasoning mix ( mild or hot according to preference)
- 6 taco size flour tortillas
Tropical Island Chicken

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 10 ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy cause
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Cauliflower Casserole

- 1 large heard cauliflower, cut into florets (about 20 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

- 1 2/3 cup crushed graham crackers (about 12 whole)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Slow-cooker Smothered Chicken with Bacon and Onions

- 8 slices of bacon cut into one-inch pieces
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 8 bone-in thighs (2 1/2 pounds)
- 4 cups egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 8 ounce tub of cream cheese spread
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons parsley

After trying multiple recipes for banana bread, I found this one
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 2/3 cups mashed ripe banana
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 large egg whites
- 9 ounces flour (about 2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teapoon salt

Cook spaghetti according to package directions
- 1/2 pound uncooked spaghetti
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 can chicken broth

- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

- 3/4 cup teriyaki marinade
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 - 6 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 ripe pineapple slices, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 small red onion, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
