In a large bowl, make a batter by combining flour, baking powder, salt, and water; mix well
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken, cut into one inch chunks
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
Apple Crumb Pie

Blend ingredients for pie together, including sliced apples
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teasoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon oleo
- 6 to 8 apples, peeled and sliced
- SUGAR CRUMB TOPPING
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oleo
Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken

- Sauce:
- 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- 2 chili peppers, deseeded and chopped (optional)
- Chunks of pineapple, optional
- 1 bunch bok choy
- 1 cup cashews
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 coves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Emeril's Chicken Pot Pie

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup chopped yellow onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 cups peeled and diced potatoes, cooked in boiling salted water until tender, 4 to 5 minutes
- 1 cup diced carrots, cooked with potatoes
- 1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- Pre-made recipe of pie crust

- 2 bottles of a soft red, perhaps Oliver
- 1 64 ounce bottle of cran-apple juice
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 ounces mulled spices

- 2 ten ounce packages of broccoli, thawed and uncooked
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Velveeta cheese
- Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Slivered almonds or water chestnuts
- French fried onions
Maque Choux

- 4 strips thick-sliced bacon, diced
- 3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- Slat and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions
Two-Cheese Spaghetti Bake

- 6 ounces uncooked spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef

- 15 ounces spaghetti sauce

- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 ounces Velveeta, cubed

- 40 ounces of pineapple juice
- 1 can (15 ounces) cream of cocomut
- 1 liter lemon-lime soda

- 1 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 1/2 cups flakes coconut
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup honey
