1. Rehydrate tomatoes as directed
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes
- 1 medium onion cut into 8 wedges
- 1 8 ounce bag of baby carrots
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons flour

- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Flank Steak Roll-ups

Preheat oven to 350. Heat one tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 small sweet onions, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 2 pounds flank steak (large and thin is best)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 package baby spinach
- 9 slices provolone
Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

- 5 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic salt

- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar
- 12 bacon strips, crumbled
Ham and Swiss Crescent Braid

Heat over to 375. Spray cookie sheet
- 2 1/4 cups chopped, cooked ham
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
- 2 (8 ounce) packages crescent rolls
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
Summer Berry Cheesecake Salad

Wash and prepare berries, laying them on paper towel to dry
- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and cut into small pieces
- 9 ounces or so of blueberries
- 9 ounces or so of raspberries
- 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup vanilla coffee creamer

- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bit-sized pieces
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Catalina salad dressing
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips

- 3 tablespoons butter, plus more for greasing dish
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 package Petite Medley Potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick (Kroger produce)
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
