Slow Cooker Sausage and Green Chile Breakfast Casserole

Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray
- Slow Cooker Size:
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and drained (Jimmy Dean or store brand)
- 2 (4-oz.) cans diced fire-roasted green chilies, DRAINED VERY WELL!
- 1/4 cup green onion, plus more for serving
- 2.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6-quart oval
Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki

Place chicken in a slow cooker, set aside
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (regular would work too)
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cold water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- Cooked long grain white rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Grilled Double-Double Sliders

Heat oven to 350°F. Remove dough from can
- 1 can (11 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crusty French loaf
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 slices American cheese, cut in quarters
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons sesame seed
- Pickles, ketchup and mustard, if desired
