- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

- salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder (to taste)

- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 shallot (minced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
