Crockpot BBQ Chicken Casserole

1. Spray 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) barbeque sauce
- 1/2 C. apple cider
- 1/4 C. bourbon, if desired
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 pouches (6.5 oz. each) Betty Crocker® cornbread & muffin mix
- Milk, butter and eggs called for on cornbread pouches
- 1 C. canned Green Giant® whole kernel sweet corn
Shortcut Cheesy Chicken Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 ounces mushrooms, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 can (about 15 ounces) peas, drained
- 1 cup instant white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 2 cups)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces)
No Bake Creamy Strawberrry Pie

In 1-quart saucepan, place water; sprinkle with gelatin; let stand 1 minute
- Filling and Topping
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese softened
- 3 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Greek Fat Free strawberry yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups frozen (thawed)whipped topping
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- Crust
- 1 graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz)
Canadian Bacon Quiche

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Prepare pie crust as directed on pkg
- 1/2 pkg.(15 oz.) ready-to-use refrigerated pie crusts (1 crust)
- 3 KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slices, cut into quarters
- 6 slices Canadian bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup green onion slices
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
Pork Chops & Gravy (Crock Pot)

Put the pork chops in a crock pot, add 1-2 cans of golden mushroom soup (depending on how much gravy you want)
- 4 -6 pork chops (or however many you need for your family)
- 1 or 2 cans of Any “Cream of” soup (depending on how much gravy you want)
- Add a little pepper.
Chocolate Cherry Cola Cake

In a small saucepan, bring cola and dried cherries to a boil
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup cola
- 1/2 cup dried tart cherries
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped OR Chocolate Chips
- 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1-1/4 cups cola
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped OR Chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dark rum
Slow Cooker Golden Chicken

Mix soup, dressing mix and gravy mix together in a small bowl
- 8 small chicken pieces (mixed between breasts, thighs and drumsticks)
- 1 can (10.75 oz) low-sodium cream of chicken soup (see NOTES)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pkg dry chicken gravy mix
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix

- 2 sticks (8 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 (1 pound) boxes powdered sugar

- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- pink food coloring

Italian Ground Pork & Brown Rice Skillet

Heat EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) in a large saute pan over medium heat
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 lb fresh ground pork
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 16 oz carton chopped tomatoes
- 8oz can tomato sauce
- 2 small yellow squash, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
