Sharp & Spicy Pimento Cheese

Grate all cheese and place in large mixing bowl with mayo and pimentos
- 1 pound block Sharp Cheddar Cheese*
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 7 ounce jar pimentos, drained
Cream Of Tomato Soup

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat
- 2 tbs unsalted butter
- 1 tbs finely chopped onion
- 2 tbs shredded fresh basil -OR- 1 tsp dry
- 1 - 28 oz can crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups light cream -OR- half-and-half
- 3 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Twice-Baked Cheddar Potato Casserole

Preheat oven to 425°. Scrub potatoes; pierce several times with a fork
- 8 medium baking potatoes (about 8 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided

Slow Cooker Super Saucy Chicken over Angel Hair Pasta

- 2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 16 ounces sliced mushrooms, button or shitake
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1 (0.7 oz) package dry Italian dressing mix
- 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 (8 oz) tb chive and onion cream cheese

Broccoli Ham Quiche

- 1 1 1 unbaked deep-dish pie crust (9 inches)
- 1 1 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped basil (you can substitute dried – 1 teaspoon)
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 4 ounces pepperoni, cut into small pieces or use the mini pepperoni (about 1 cup)
