"Cracked Out" Chicken Bubble Up

Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 1 (10.75-oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8-oz sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 cup cooked, chopped bacon
- 1 (12-oz) can refrigerated Grands Jr biscuits
Southwestern Green Beans

Toss all ingredients together and spread out on rimmed baking sheet
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 can Mexican Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Southwestern seasoning (can use McCormick Perfect Pinch Seasoning, Southwest Sweet and Smoky)
Quakertown Crumb Pie

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 1/4 cup plus one third cup firmly packed brown sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour, divided
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- One eighth teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Five-Spice Chicken Wings

Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip sections
- 3-1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce or additional soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 medium limes, cut into wedges
Blackberry Brandy Ribs

Remove silverskin from bone side of rib rack
- Rub:
- 1 rack (about 4 lbs) baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbs creole seasoning (see NOTES)
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup blackberry jam/preserves
- 1 tbs dijon mustard
- 1 tbs brandy (optional)

- 3 tablespoons McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves
20 Minute Takeout Teriyaki Chicken and Rice

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, water and ketsup
- Pre-cooked Chicken (I typically keep grilled chicken in the freezer for stuff like this)
- Rice
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp of Ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
Peking Chicken

In a medium bowl, combine scallion, soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, ginger, sugar, and pepper; mix well
- 1 scallion (green onion), thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Pull-Apart Cheesy Party Bread
