- 2 Tbsp. of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. cold pressed olive oil
- 1 fresh red bell pepper
- 2 cups of black beans, soaked overnight
- 1/2 onion, diced
