Macaroni & Cheese

Cut recipe in half for 2. don't need to bake
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, divided
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked, drained
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I didn’t use)
- 6 RITZ Crackers, crushed (used a little breadcrumb instead)
Pecan Pie (karo syrup)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla using a spoon
- 1 cup Karo® Light syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) pecans
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked OR frozen** deep-dish pie crust
Glazed Carrots

Slice Carrots and sauté in butter until soft
- 6 carrots
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 2-4 tbsp sugar
Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

can add 3 potatoes if you want
- Filling***
- 2 cups water
- 2 boneless chicken breast (flour, S&P, and brown on both sides or can just put in raw)
- 2 carrots, peeled and cubed
- 2 ribs celery, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Crust***
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 5 tablespoons cold water, more as needed
Perfect Cranberry Sauce

Empty a 12-ounce bag of fresh or frozen cranberries into a saucepan and transfer 1/2 cup to a small bowl
- 12-ounce bag of fresh or frozen cranberries (I did 16oz, made 1.5 16oz mason jars)
- 1 cup sugar (1 1/3 cups)
- whole clementine
- 2 tbsp orange juice (I put more)
- salt & pepper to taste
- one time made 48oz branberries, 4x the recipe... put 3 cups sugar and a little at end maybe 1/4 cup or so... put 4 oranges in squeezed juice first then put mashed orange in... no water.... made 4-16oz mason jars and a little left...
Beef Brisket (Pot Roast)

1. Season meat with salt and pepper and dust with flour, brown in oil
- 1 Beef Brisket 3-4 lbs (chuck pot roast, tender chuck, chuck arm, etc.)
- 2-3 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 3 cubes beef bouillon
- 1/2 cup water
Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 large cauliflower, about 2 pounds, cut into 1 1/2-inch flowerets
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked white pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Place first 3 ingredients in a baking pan
- 2 cups broccoli flowerets
- 2 cups cauliflower flowerets
- Onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Red Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Pork Chops and Cherry Peppers

Step One: Prepare the pork chops and cherry peppers Remove stems and seeds from cherry peppers
- 2 or 3 center cut, bone in, pork chops cut 3/4 inch thick (you can do as many as you want just increase everything else)
- olive oil
- 4 hot cherry peppers, pickled and sliced (I also put 3 pepperoncini peppers not sliced)
- 1/2 cup pickling brine from cherry peppers
- 2-3 clove garlic, minced
- Marsala wine or white wine
- Teaspoon of demi glace optional
- Corn starch or wondra flour
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Braciole

Stuff, roll and tie. Brown in pan and then add to sauce until tender
