Easter Nest Cake - Nid de Pâques

1. Preheat oven to 180 celsius/350 Fahrenheit
- Cake:
- 200 g Dark Chocolate
- 120 g Butter
- 8 Eggs
- 2 Egg Whites
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 120 g All-Purpose Flour
- Topping:
- 200 gram (~ 1 1/4 cups) Quince Jelly
