Country Style Broccoli

In bowl prepare broccoli in microwave as directed
- 1 16oz. package frozen broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
- 2 cups fresh bread crumbs, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Market Day A Salt for All Seasonings.
Pumpkin Cookie bars

Great dessert to bring to a gathering in the fall
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 and 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup Libby's Solid Pack Pumpkin
- 3/4 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- CREAM CHEESE TOPPING
- 1 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade.
Minestrone Soup

You will want to make this one when it is cold and you have a lot of time
- 1 pound flank steak, cut 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 large pressed garlic clove
- 1 can (8oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (10.5oz.) condensed beef broth
- 3 cups water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 can (14.5oz.) Italian style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 small zucchini, cut lengthwise and sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 package (16.oz) mixed frozen vegetables
- 1/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni noodles
- 1 can (15.5oz.) kidney beans, undrained
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Layered Chicken Salad

Found this recipe in the newspaper- good!
- 1 1/2 cups of uncooked small shell asta
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups prepared coleslaw dressing (like Marzetti)
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
Grilled Corn on the Cob

A Camp Amigo Breakfast
- 1 cup oil
- 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 6 cups quick cooking oats (not instant oatmeal)
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups milk
- Optional
- 2 chopped peeled or unpeeled apples
- 1 cup raisins

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachio nuts, toasted

Mix all ingredients except chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mushroom burgers

Mix all ingredients except mushrooms and cheese
- 1 pound of lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 jar (2 and 1/2 ounces) sliced mushroom, drained
- 4 slices Swiss cheese, if desired
Tasty Turkey Chili

Cook turkey, onion and bell pepper in a large saucepan over medium heat, and cook until turkey is browned evenly
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 medium sweet onion, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 (15.25oz.) can Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans
- 1 (28oz.) Diced tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 package chipotle seasoning
- 1 cup water
