Savory Sausage Kabobs

Great grill recipe
- Sauce:
- 1 lb smoked sausage, cut in 2 inch pieces
- 3 ears sweet corn, cut in 2 inch pieces
- 2 medium zucchini squash, sliced 1 inch thick
- 1 large red pepper, cut in 1 1/2 inch chunks
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon basil
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Fabulous Fruit salad

In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients
- 1 medium honeydew, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1 medium cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 2 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium nectarines, sliced
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
- 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
- 1 can (11oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 medium kiwifruit, peeled, halved and sliced
- 2 medium firm bananas, sliced
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, cubed
- 1 can (12oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 package (3.4oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
Italian Pasta stir fry

- 8 ounces linguine, uncooked
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 teaspoon each: dried basil and oregano leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon each: salt and ground black pepper
- 1 ounce (1/4) fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
- Italian sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
Hidden Valley Ranch Cheese ball

Mix the double strength salad dressing and cream cheese
- 1/2 cup prepared, double strength Hidden Valley Ranch Milk recipe Original Ranch Salad dressing (1 package, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup milk)
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese, (room temperature for at least 1 hour)
- 6 oz. cream cheese, (room temperature for 1 hour
- 5 oz. sliced almonds, toasted
Rhonda's Cream Cheese Cracker Dip

Mix together. Shaped as you wish and refrigerate
- 2 - 8 oz. packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 packages thin sliced beef (chopped finely)
- 7 to 8 green onions (chopped finely)
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup (1 and 1/2 stick) butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups rolled or quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup raisins
Chicken Stir Fry

Smooth ginger, garlic taste that is simple to put together
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) Swansen Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, but into strips
- 5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli flowerets, green onions, celery and carrot)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Oreo Dessert

Yummy chocolate dessert with that oreo flavor
- 12 oz. oreo's
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- (This is the first layer)
- 1/2 of (13 oz. package) of Cool Whip
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- This is the 2nd layer
- 1 large package chocolate pudding
- This is the 3rd layer
Beef Vegetable soup

1. In a nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups water
- 2 to 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (11-1/2 oz.) V8
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 bay leaf
Easy Potato soup

Combine potatoes, chopped onion, chicken broth and water in a dutch oven
- 16 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (14 ounce) can ready to serve chicken broth
- 2 cups of water
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup - undiluted
- 2 cups of milk
