Reduced Fat Black Forest Chocolate Cake

70% less fat than a regular recipe! Makes 1 9 inch cake
- 1 (14 oz. can Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed (NOT EVAPORATED MILK)
- 3/4 cup Sunsweet Lighter Bake
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 1 and 3/4 cups of unsifted flour
- 3/4 cup of Ghiradeli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 (21oz.) can Comstock Thank You or Wilderness Cherry Pie filling
Parmesan Bread-stick Candy Canes

Preheat oven to 350. Separate dough; cut each piece in half to make 16 bread sticks
- 1 can refrigerated soft bread sticks
- 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup (3oz.) Kraft grated Parmesan Cheese

- 2 cups fresh pea pods or one 6oz. package frozen pea pods
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 to 2 teaspoons grated ginger root
- 2 carrots, bias-sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into bite-size strips (about 9 oz.)
- 1/2 cup cashews
- Hot cooked rice

- 1 cup minute rice
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 (10oz.)packages frozen chopped broccoli, completely thawed and drained

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (9oz.) jar of cheese whiz
- 2 skinless, boneless cooked chicken breast chopped

- 1.2 cup pitted ripe olive, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced

- 1 pre-baked Italian bread shell crust (14 oz).
- 1 pkg. (6 oz) sliced turkey pepperoni
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups chopped plum tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves,thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. minced fresh thyme or 1/8 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Additional fresh basil leaves, optional
