Pork Ribs with Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- Ribs
- 1 small can applesauce, dropped by spoonfuls
- 1 apple (granny smith) sliced and strewn over applesauce
- 1 small can (can use 16 ounce) tomato sauce
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- chopped or sliced onion
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- several squirts of ketchup after it has been in oven 1 1/2 hours.

Step 1
Purchase country style pork ribs, as much as you need for your family. Drain sauerkraut and squeeze out excess water. Put ingredients in pan in order.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375. Remove from oven. Turn ribs over. Coat with ketchup or barbecue sauce. Return to oven for 15 to 30 minutes until ribs are done.
