- Dough
- 1 1 1 cup sourdough starter, fed
- 1 1/4 1 1/4 1/4 cups lukewarm water
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup lukewarm milk
- 1 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1 1 tablespoon salt
- 6 to 8 6 to 8 8 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 2 2 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- Topping (optional)
- Quick Shine, beaten egg white, or water
- 6 6 6 tablespoons artisan bread topping, optional

- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 3/4 cup mini M&Ms (or regular size)
