- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped, plus 2 cloves, smashed
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 4 chicken quarters (thigh and drumstick attached)
- 3 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 sprig rosemary

Stuffed Bell Peppers

Bring pot of water to a boil
- 4 green bell peppers
- or 2 large bell peppers cut in half length wise
